Who wants?

Asking ‘Who wants’ is much more important than asking ‘What do I want?’.
We just want to do things. Not knowing why, or who wants them?

We get impulses to want to do things, and in the moment.
When a desire comes, wait for a moment. Go inside and look at yourself.

Make it count. Use every thought and everything that drives you outside.Look within.
Who wants?

Add yourself to the desire.
Give your desires, impulses, cravings, excitements, a touch of awareness.

Tell your mind – Ok. Got it. We’ll have it. We’ll do it. But first let us find out, who wants it?

Who is inside?
Who craves?
Who desires?
Who thinks?
Who am I?

Ask this question, every time you want to take a new step and every time you want to take a step backwards.

Be with yourself.
Happy Being!
