A Mail to India TV dated 3rd August 2007, Friday

Date: 3rd August 2007, Friday

Subject of the Mail: “Indian Citizen’s Comments on the ill elements of the System”

Hello to all the team of IndiaTV, First of all I would like express to my sincere gratitude towards the dedication and efforts taken by you all to unveil lots of hidden ill elements of the system. Your team is doing a great job, hats off to you!!

I saw and read about lots of different sectors were disclosed and brought to public and lots of people got to know about what is happening in India and where are we leading. Let it be the matter of “Indian bears molested in Pakistan”, or so many Sex rackets disclosed, or “call girls dancing in the minister’s birthday party”, “Human body organs sold for few rupees in some hospital”, “Dhongi babas” or anything else, IndiaTV has always done a great job. However I wanted to highlight one point which is pinching me from many days.

Reviewing the work done by IndiaTV, their objective seems very clear; to create a better, healthy, crime free place of living and make people aware of the latest, correct and best news available in the shortest time gap (Please correct me if I am wrong). The point I wanted to highlight is that, if we work at this speed trying to unveil the ill factors of the system and society, when are we going create a better India. It should be now and here. Don’t we think, if we continue our good work and eradicate all the rotten and corrupted elements, at this speed, lets say one in every two days or one in every week, when will we succeed in creating a healthy environment. I trust you all are working at a great speed, but this is not sufficient. Then this might take years of time, considering the population of India, corruption level and the rate at which corruption is rising. And if this takes years of time, this will never end since everyday, new ill elements are getting created and at every point of time, we have more or less same number of ill sectors, individuals and systems. In fact they should be more, since corruption is rising at a much higher level. Why don’t we increase our workforces to cover all the sectors at the same time? Why do we disclose matters one by one, why can’t we raid every corrupted person’s house at one shot. Why cannot we motivate every single individual about this, so as we get more and more workforces. Why don’t we create separate battalions like military battalions working on different sectors and different subjects? Every one of us know that the system more or less is deadly infected with ill things deeply enrooted; if you ask this question to a school going child, his reply about the system is, “the political system and government system in India is crap. They never do anything.” This is the mentality of a common individual nowadays. Is that a good answer in your opinion? Is that how we want India’s fame should be highlighted?

Terrorists and militants are shooting and exploding bombs every where every now and then, what are we doing about it. Every month a different blast series at a public place is accomplished. We take years to find the culprits. India – Pakistan cold war is going on since decades, and till now no concrete solution is reached. Nearly 90% politicians consider and give respect only to one thing and that is their ambitions, their chair, their power and pride, nothing else. We don’t think for the betterment. Even today, more than 29 crores of individuals are dying out of hunger every year and there is no law made as to who to be blamed. Dying out of hunger is not out of choice, it’s not a suicide, it is a murder. It is a murder of the humanity by the system.

On behalf of the whole India, my sincere request for you all is to achieve your goals quickly and ruthlessly. Increase your workforce to such a level, so that all the ill elements can be trapped at the same time and at one shot. A master plan should be created, all necessary documentation and evidences should be collected and then hitting the bull’s eye goes on. If we are able to destroy and trap all the evil elements quickly, then we can dream of living in a better India and every respectful citizen will get a chance to breathe in the unadulterated air in his lifetime. If we don’t pull up our socks now and prepare to catch them up all, it is going to take years or it will be a never ending race.

I pay my sincere regards and gratitude to you all for reading my thoughts. I will expect you all to help us creating a better place Now and Here. You have really chosen a very right and courageous track, the only thing is to accomplish and execute in a much advanced, better and speedy manner. We all are ready to help you and we all are waiting with our fingers crossed to breathe and smile in a healthy and clean, disinfected India.

This mail is also posted in my personal blog. I expect everyone reading it should post their comments and feedback. I also request all the people force reading it to help us and solve this question together; to contribute their time, ideas, power, money and energy. This is for all of us. Best Regards,

Mohit Valecha
